Volume 15, Issue 2 is Now Available

Posted by Julie Goldman on 2026-09-30

The latest issue of the Journal of eScience Librarianship (JeSLIB) has been published! This issue celebrates the journal’s evolution, highlights new research, tools, services, and challenges shaping data librarianship, and honors our outgoing Editor-in-Chief, Regina Raboin.

This will be Regina Raboin’s final issue and editorial with JeSLIB. After ten years, Regina is stepping down from her position as Editor-in-Chief. You can read more about Regina’s journey with the journal and her invaluable contributions to scholarly publishing in her final editorial.

Please join us in thanking Regina for all she has done—not only for JeSLIB, but also for open access publishing and advances in research data management. Although this marks the end of her work with JeSLIB, Regina is beginning a new chapter as Director of the Boston Architectural College Library. We wish her the very best in this exciting new role.

Thank you, Regina! 👏🏼👏🏽👏🏾

While this is a significant transition for our Editorial Team, please know that we remain committed to providing an open, freely accessible, and welcoming space for data-driven research and discourse.

Thanks for reading!
